Reviewing & Changing My Orders

You may review and change your order any time before you check out. In your shopping cart you will find pictures of the items you have ordered, along with the prices and quantities. You can delete items or change the quantities of the items in your shopping cart. When you click on the Update Quantity button, the screen will refresh to give you the current information about each item in your shopping cart.

Once you have checked out and received an order number, your order in immediately put into the queue for shipping. We ship most orders within 24 business hours, and since we are on the West Coast, some orders placed early in the day will ship the same day. So if you desire to make any changes in your order before it is shipped, please call our toll free number. If you reach the answering service, leave your name, phone number and order number and what you would like changed.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed. You can return it for a refund of the purchase cost of the item, but shipping will not be refunded. You must call or write to receive a Return Authorization Number before returning any item. Please see our return policy for more details.
