Shipping & Delivery Information

Most orders ship within 24 hours on business days. We do not ship on Saturdays.

Order Fulfillment

We only ship to USA addresses. If you are overseas, we can ship to a freight forwarder, but your credit card must have a USA billing address.

Business Hours

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8 to 5 Pacific Time. Our distribution center does not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays.

Shipping

Planet Icthus ships US orders via US Postal Service and UPS. Light weight orders may ship out via First Class mail at a minimum flat rate of $3.95, which includes our packaging. Priority Mail is usually the fastest delivery option, as they will deliver on Saturdays and most orders arrive in 2 or 3 days. UPS is usually a bit more expensive, but offers tracking and delivery information.
