In Stock = On Time!

We understand that most customers are looking for a gift that must arrive in time for that special occasion. That's why we ship most of our orders within 24 business hours! And since we are located on the West Coast, we often get most of the day's orders placed by 2pm PST out the door the same day (except on weekends or holidays), though we cannot guarantee this. If you are in a crunch for time, please give us a call and we will do our best to get your order to you in time.

Back Order

Our shopping cart software will not allow you to put an item in your cart if it is out of stock, or if we do not have enough of that item in inventory in stock to fulfill your order. We do not take back orders because we cannot guarantee when our vendors will deliver the items in demand, and we want to be sure that each gift is delivered to you in a timely manner. Please feel free to call or write us if you have any questions about an item you want that is out of stock, or if you want larger quantities than the web site will allow you to order.

Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, it will generally be re-stocked within 14 days, or pulled off the web site. The nature of the gift business is that some items are seasonal and therefore our vendors may only carry some items for a season, until it is deemed out of style, or the item may be replaced by a new product line. We will generally pull all discontinued items off the web site on a weekly basis, or move them to the clearance section.

Specialty Items

Specialty items, such as our high-end gold Christian jewelry and "Christian wall art, are clearly marked so you will know how they will be shipped and when you can expect to receive them. Some items ship direct from the manufacturer and thus more time is needed to get the gift to you. If you have a deadline, please let us know and we will make every effort to make sure you get what you order on time.
