…I am a recent first-time customer. I am writing you here, because I see that the testimonial section is not ready just yet. I was so pleased with your service that I had to share it with you, and I do hope that this will be posted for others to read.
I recently ordered a Christian Icthus Fish ring from your web site. The delivery was fast, as it only took a couple of days to ship. When I received the product, (Which I had delivered to a relative's home, as I would not be home), the receipt was in the envelope, but the ring was not. It was difficult to tell whether someone may have opened the envelope after it was sealed, or if this had been an honest mistake at your distribution center. Regardless, I called your '800' number and explained what had happened. I certainly had not expected what happened next.
Being a Christian, I have learned to be giving and understanding, yet, in ministry, I have come across problems with other shipments from other retailers and was basically told it was "my loss". Praise The Lord, the man who answered the call was not only very understanding and apologetic, (though it may very well not have been your fault at all), but in addition, told me that he would mail out a new ring to me as soon as possible! I am so blessed by this that I assure you I will be using your site for gift and ministry purchases on a regular basis! Thank You for being a true example of Christ!
